 Overview
The Sixth European Conference on Braking JEF2010 is organized by the
“Pôle Frein”, created in 1990 for fundamental and applied researches in
braking as part of the Nord – Pas de Calais Regional Group for Research
in Transportation (GRRT).
All JEF Conferences, from the first organized in 1992, have been very
well attended, with about 150 participants taking part in each event.
The Conferences are well known for presenting research progress and
industrial innovations, with active participation and papers presented
from the academic as well as from the industrial community.
The Sixth JEF Conference will promote braking excellence across all
sectors – rail, road and air, with organizers aiming in attracting
participants from countries all over the world.
